Our "senior" beagle loves the basket and is always eager to get in but not out! Sometimes I take the basket off and he'll stay inside. Perhaps he thinks we'll ride some more if he doesn't get out. He is very much overweight, around 30 lbs, and the basket is very strong. "McBeagle" feels very secure inside. Thank you once again for a safe high quality product!

"My dog Toodles & I have been using your basket for several years now and certainly enjoy our rides, but we had our first accident a few weeks back. When a truck ran us down the basket flew off the handlebars and skidded on the street with Toodles strapped inside. He didn't get ONE SCRATCH, and the basket held up pretty good through it all, too! (I should have been so lucky!)

The accident could have turned out quite differently. Thank you for a STRONG and SAFE product! I've attached a couple of pictures; we even decorate Toodles' basket during the holiday season!

Cynthia, I have to say as soon I received my new European Market Basket I went right for my bike to set it up. My 4 pound Chihuahua, Poncho must have known it was really for him because his little tail was wagging away even before he got in it! Once we went for a ride he absolutely loved it! He didn’t even want to get out of it after I returned home. I love how well made the basket is and the craftsmanship put into it. We will be enjoying this for years to come!

We got our basket last week and it is so great! It is absolutely perfect for our little dog. Poppy immediately loved riding in it the very first time we tried it. She just sits quietly and looks around as we pedal down the street. Everybody who sees us either points or smiles or says, "hey, look at that cute little dog in the basket!" It is our new favorite way to get to the dog park. She used to ride in a backpack, but this is so much more comfortable (for me and for her, I'm sure).
